   Za začetek potrebujem eno ali več fotografij. Za najboljši rezultat prosim, da je fotografija čim bolj kakovostna in podrobna, saj lahko le tako natančno ujamem značaj in detajle.

   To begin I need one or more photos. For the best result, please make the photo as good and as detailed as possible — only then can I capture the character and the details precisely.

   Per cominciare mi servono una o più fotografie. Per il risultato migliore vi chiedo che la foto sia il più possibile nitida e ricca di dettagli: solo così posso cogliere con precisione il carattere e i particolari.

   Zu Beginn brauche ich ein oder mehrere Fotos. Für das beste Ergebnis bitte ich darum, dass das Foto möglichst hochwertig und detailreich ist — nur so kann ich Charakter und Details genau einfangen.

2. Dogovor o podrobnostih

   Ko pregledam fotografijo, se dogovorimo o vseh podrobnostih, končni ceni in okvirnem roku izdelave.

   Once I have reviewed the photo, we agree on all the details, the final price and the estimated timeframe.

   Dopo aver esaminato la foto, concordiamo tutti i dettagli, il prezzo finale e i tempi indicativi di realizzazione.

   Nachdem ich das Foto gesichtet habe, vereinbaren wir alle Einzelheiten, den Endpreis und den ungefähren Fertigstellungstermin.

3. Ročna izdelava

   Ko naročilo potrdite, začnem s slikanjem. (Čas izdelave je odvisen od zahtevnosti motiva in detajlov.)

   Once you confirm the order, I begin painting. (The time needed depends on the complexity of the motif and its details.)

   Quando confermate l'ordine, inizio a dipingere. (I tempi dipendono dalla complessità del motivo e dai dettagli.)

   Sobald Sie die Bestellung bestätigen, beginne ich zu malen. (Die Dauer hängt von der Komplexität des Motivs und der Details ab.)

   Ker želim, da ste z izdelkom zadovoljni, vam po potrebi ali na vašo željo med samim procesom dela pošljem fotografijo napredka, da vidite, kako portret nastaja.

   Because I want you to be happy with the result, I send you progress photos during the work as needed or on request, so you can see the portrait taking shape.

   Poiché desidero che siate soddisfatti dell'opera, durante il lavoro vi invio, se necessario o su vostra richiesta, una foto dell'avanzamento, così vedete nascere il ritratto.

   Da ich möchte, dass Sie mit dem Werk zufrieden sind, sende ich Ihnen während der Arbeit bei Bedarf oder auf Wunsch ein Foto vom Fortschritt, damit Sie sehen, wie das Porträt entsteht.

5. Dostava na vaš naslov

   Delivery to your address

   Consegna al vostro indirizzo

   Lieferung an Ihre Adresse

   Ko je portret končan, ga skrbno in varno zapakiram ter pošljem na vaš naslov.

   When the portrait is finished, I pack it carefully and securely and send it to your address.

   Quando il ritratto è finito, lo imballo con cura e in sicurezza e lo spedisco al vostro indirizzo.

   Wenn das Porträt fertig ist, verpacke ich es sorgfältig und sicher und sende es an Ihre Adresse.

Zahlung

Plačilo je mogoče z nakazilom na bančni račun (TRR) ali z gotovino ob osebnem prevzemu. Pred začetkom izdelave vedno prejmete končni in zavezujoč predračun, tako da ni nikakršnih skritih stroškov.

V primeru pošiljanja po pošti mora biti preostanek zneska v celoti poravnan pred odpremo paketa. Poštnina znotraj Slovenije je vključena v ceno.

Payment is possible by bank transfer or in cash upon personal pickup. Before the work begins you always receive a final, binding quotation, so there are no hidden costs whatsoever.

Il pagamento è possibile con bonifico bancario o in contanti al ritiro di persona. Prima dell'inizio del lavoro ricevete sempre un preventivo definitivo e vincolante, così non ci sono costi nascosti di alcun tipo.

Die Zahlung ist per Banküberweisung oder bar bei Selbstabholung möglich. Vor Arbeitsbeginn erhalten Sie stets einen endgültigen, verbindlichen Kostenvoranschlag, sodass es keinerlei versteckte Kosten gibt.

In the case of postal shipping, the remaining balance must be settled in full before the parcel is dispatched. Shipping within Slovenia is included in the price.

In caso di spedizione postale, il saldo residuo deve essere versato per intero prima della spedizione del pacco. La spedizione all'interno della Slovenia è compresa nel prezzo.

Bei Postversand muss der Restbetrag vollständig beglichen sein, bevor das Paket verschickt wird. Der Versand innerhalb Sloweniens ist im Preis enthalten.
